TargetChinese Agent Application Process
Step 1: Review the Agent Eligibility list on the Agent Information page. If you meet the requirements, please head over to the Apply Online page to register for the appropriate agency partner. Take note of the application form number.
Step 2: After submitting the application form, fax or scan the applicant’s audit information to TargetChinese. Audit information include: a copy of your company’s registration certificate, copy of your passport, copy of your residence permit (if applicable), and any other proof that the person signing the contract are a legal resident and are allowed to work.) Moreover, be sure the faxes or scans contain official seals in order for TargetChinese to swiftly process the application.
Step 3: Once TargetChinese receives the online application and copies of the required documents, our Marketing Department will verify and notify the applicant if all forms are in order. Through further negotiation with the applicant via telephone, a final cooperation agreement will be drafted.
Step 4: Once applicants have reviewed the agent cooperation agreement and reached a consensus, the agreement will be printed, signed and sealed and sent back to TargetChinese headquarter.
Step 5: Once TargetChinese receives the signed agreement, we’ll assume that an initial agreement has been established and will provide the agent region, ID and password to the applicant; after which, two sealed agreement will be sent out. At this point, application for agent is completed and all agents’ records will be documented.
Step 6: TargetChinese headquarter will sent all relevant materials to the agent either via post or email. Some of the materials include: Agent Handbook, promotional brochures, Channel handbook.
