Marketing Channels Regional Director
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for supporting and maintaining existing regional agents.
2. Responsible for developing new agents.
3. Aid regional agents in strategizing and conducting marketing activities.
4. Develop service processes in accordance with regional situations.
5. Modify and develop new products in accordance with regional situations.
Qualifications:
1. Team Management: able to manage and lead a team to complete goals.
2. Assume Responsibility: assume responsibility with own work.
3. Enterprising Spirit: set high standards and strive for self-improvement.
4. Service Oriented: overcome time differences and ensure quality services to partners.
5. English Skills: able to conduct businesses in English.
6. Bachelor degrees or above; overseas education a plus.

Marketing Channel (Overseas) Personnel
Responsibilities:
1. Collect information of potential agents.
2. Develop agents by negotiating with potential agents.
3. Maintain relationship with agents and support agents to develop regional markets.
4. Provide trainings to agents on company products and services.
5. Aid agents in completing overseas customer services.
6. Organize, monitor, coordinate and complete domestic services and products tasks.
Qualifications:
