Which is more important? Pronunciation or grammar?

sometimes i pronounced bad with correct grammar,couldn't be understood. sometimes i pronounced good with bad grammar, could be understood. i thought grammar is more important,but now i am confusing.

i think both are important.but Chinese pronunciation is easier than the grammar.
